10:7. நான் வந்து அதை என் கண்களால் காணுமட்டும் அந்த வார்த்தைகளை நான் நம்பவில்லை; இவைகளில் பாதியாகிலும் எனக்கு அறிவிக்கப்படவில்லை என்று காண்கிறேன்; நான் கேள்விப்பட்ட பிரஸ்தாபத்தைப்பார்க்கிலும், உம்முடைய ஞானமும் செல்வமும் அதிகமாயிருக்கிறது.

10:7. நான் இங்கே வந்து என் சொந்தக்கண்களால் காணும்வரை இவற்றை நம்பாமல் இருந்தேன். இப்போது கேள்விப்பட்டதை எல்லாம் கண்ணால் பார்த்துவிட்டேன். ஜனங்கள் சொன்னதைவிட உங்கள் அறிவும் செல்வமும் மிகுதியாகும்.

10:7. I did not believe these things until I came and saw them with my own eyes. Indeed, I didn't hear even half the story! Your wisdom and wealth surpass what was reported to me.

10:7. I didn't believe what was said until I arrived here and saw it with my own eyes. In fact, I had not heard the half of it! Your wisdom and prosperity are far beyond what I was told.

10:7. Howbeit I believed not the words, until I came, and mine eyes had seen it: and, behold, the half was not told me; thy wisdom and prosperity exceed the fame which I heard.
